Counter, Explained
Every weapon swap cycles a fresh bonus group, fire rate with damage, then magazine with reload speed, for twelve seconds or until the next swap. Sidearm swaps sit this one out.
Build Tips
Best for melee builds, especially with the Firewall specialization and its shield. Combine with other melee damage bonuses for maximum effect.
