Cookie Notice
The long form is the Privacy Notice. This page is the short version: what is stored, what it does, and how to change your mind.
Cookies on this site
None, and none are set by the site itself. There is no cookie banner hiding an advertising cookie, because there is no advertising cookie. This site sets no cookies at all.
Storage on your own device
These are browser storage entries rather than cookies. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and hold nothing that identifies you.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
raigulus-analytics-consent |
Remembers whether you accepted analytics, so the dialog is not shown again. | Until you clear it |
raigulus-consent-log |
Records the choice, the time, and the policy version, as proof of what you agreed to. Not used to identify you and never sent anywhere. | Last 20 entries |
raigulus-agent-briefing-* |
Saves which daily puzzles you have already solved. | About two years |
raigulus-live-loot-reload-* |
Stops a loot panel from refreshing twice during one visit. | Current session |
None of these are cookies in the technical sense, none are readable by other sites, and none carry an identifier that follows you elsewhere.
Cookies and storage set by other services
Only if you accept analytics
- Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies and identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions.
- Microsoft Clarity sets its own identifiers to tie a session recording together.
Until you accept, neither service is contacted and neither sets anything. Declining means no Google or Microsoft cookie is ever written on your device by this site.
Only if you press play
Video playback uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Loading a player can set cookies there, and those are YouTube's, not ours. Nothing is loaded until you press play.
Only if you load comments
The comment thread is served by Giscus on GitHub Discussions, which can set its own storage. Nothing is requested until you press the button.
Only if you send feedback
The feedback form is relayed by Web3Forms, which may set storage on its own domain.
Changing your choice
Press Cookie settings in the footer of any page. The same dialog appears, and choosing Decline immediately stops analytics from loading on the pages that follow. This works in both directions: you can accept and later decline, or decline and later accept.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as a refusal and will not ask you. Nothing is loaded.
To remove everything stored on your device, clear site data for this domain in your browser settings. That also erases the consent record, so the dialog will be shown again on your next visit.
