How to Unlock It

Ouroboros drops exclusively from the Paradise Lost Incursion. The boss has approximately a 1% drop chance per run, while the weekly completion cache offers a more generous 10% chance. Assemble a competent 4-player team, learn the incursion mechanics, and run it weekly for the best odds. Multiple characters can each attempt it once per week.

Rule Them All, Explained

Rule Them All turns pain into ammunition: when an enemy status effect lands on you during combat, 50% of your next magazine carries that same status back to your targets. Bleed them while bleeding, burn them while burning. Pair it with hazard protection so you survive the incoming effect long enough to return it.

Build Tips

Ouroboros is built for close-quarters combat where its high RPM and status reflection dominate. Hunter's Fury provides bonus damage and disorient effects that complement aggressive SMG play. Firewall specialization adds the Flamethrower signature weapon for additional crowd control. For full setups see tested Division 2 builds.

FAQ

How rare is the Ouroboros drop from Paradise Lost?
The boss drop rate is approximately 1%, while the weekly completion cache has a 10% chance. Consistent weekly runs are the best approach to obtain it.
How does Rule Them All work?
When you suffer a status effect in combat, half of your next magazine applies that same status to your targets. Eat a burn, deal burn.
Can Ouroboros be used in PVP?
Yes, the extreme RPM and status-spread mechanic reward aggressive close-quarters PVP. However, the limited range of SMGs means you need to close the distance quickly.
