How to Unlock It
Provocator is guaranteed from completing the Y6S2 Space Admin Theo Parnell Manhunt Climax mission on Master difficulty for the first time. You must first complete all preceding manhunt targets to unlock the Climax mission node on the manhunt screen. Select Master difficulty before launching and clear the mission to receive Provocator as a guaranteed drop on your first completion.
