How to Unlock It
Complete the Iron Horse Raid on any difficulty to progress the "Rats Gnaw Our Bones" questline. After finishing all raid objectives, speak to Inaya al-Khoury at the White House to receive the crafting blueprint. Craft Regulus at the crafting bench using Polycarbonate, Steel, Carbon Fiber, and one Exotic Component.
Regicide, Explained
Headshot kills detonate five-meter explosions that bleed everything caught inside. The Iron Horse trophy pistol and a lasting PvP icon.
