How to Unlock It
The Sheriff is guaranteed as a first-time clear reward from the Y7S3 Manhunt Climax mission completed on Master difficulty. This is the only guaranteed way to obtain it initially. After your first Master clear, Sheriff can also drop from targeted loot shotgun zones and exotic caches, though with lower odds. Completing the Manhunt on Master should be your first priority.
