How to Unlock It
Complete the Y7S2 Manhunt Climax mission on Master difficulty for your first clear. Tempest is guaranteed as a reward on your first successful Master run. After the first clear, subsequent Master completions have a chance to drop Tempest again if you need duplicates for recalibration.

The moment your shield breaks, this full-auto pistol surges with bonus damage for a short window. A shield-player’s panic button, break, draw, delete.
