How to Unlock It
The Chatterbox requires collecting three specific parts from Hyena faction caches and a blueprint from the Bank HQ mission. Part 1 drops from a Hyena cache in the bank vault underground area. Part 2 comes from Jefferson Trade Center. Part 3 is found in the Grand Washington Hotel. Once you have all three parts and the blueprint, craft it at any crafting bench.
In Rhythm, Explained
In Rhythm rewards you for reloading near enemies by increasing your rate of fire by 20% for 10 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times, meaning a fully stacked reload grants +60% RPM for 10 seconds. The talent encourages aggressive close-quarters play where you constantly push toward enemies, reload in their faces, and then melt them with the increased fire rate.
Build Tips
The Chatterbox is built for close-range DPS builds that can stay near enemies to maintain In Rhythm stacks. Hunter's Fury provides the disorient and bonus damage needed to survive in close quarters while the RPM boost shreds targets. Consider using a shield or Firewall specialization to safely close distance before triggering the talent. For full setups see tested Division 2 builds.
