How to Unlock It
Complete the Pentagon Climax Mission on Master difficulty for your first clear. Whiplash is guaranteed as a reward on your first successful Master completion. After the first clear, subsequent Master runs have a chance to drop additional Whiplash copies for recalibration or sharing.
Faster Than Reloading, Explained
Holster Whiplash for 5 seconds to prime it. Swapping to the primed pistol reloads both your Primary and Secondary weapons and grants +20% rate of fire and +50% weapon damage until its magazine runs empty. Prime, swap, dump the mag, repeat.
Build Tips
Whiplash excels in weapon-swap burst builds that dump a buffed magazine. Pair with high-RPM weapons to maximize the ROF bonus, or use slow hard-hitting weapons to benefit most from the +50% damage. Talents like Optimist or Damage to Armor synergize well. For full setups see tested Division 2 builds.
