One Endgame

Every owner now levels to 40 without the expansion: seasons, Summit, Countdown, Paradise Lost and all level-40 loot opened up. World Tiers were removed, gear score went away, specializations unlock at 30, and item power runs one clean scale from 1 to 40.

Keener's Trials

The manhunt runs through four trials, including the Hunter-leak revelations around Camp White Oak and a crashed parley at the Federal Emergency Bunker, with Kelso's defection to Keener hanging over everything.
