What Resets When
| Daily (08:00 UTC) | Targeted loot rotation, daily projects, related activity rewards |
|---|---|
| Monday (08:00 UTC) | Incursion key chest |
| Tuesday (~08:00 UTC) | Vendor stock, weekly projects, invasions, legendary rotation, weekly caches |
| Wednesday | Cassie Mendoza opens (find the Snitch); Danny Weaver rotates |
| Tuesday maintenance | Servers usually go down ~07:30 UTC for a few hours - check the server status tracker |
Vendor Reset Day (Tuesday)
Tuesday is the heaviest reset of the week: vendor stock, weekly projects, invasions and the legendary rotation all refresh together, so one reset clears several systems at once.
| Vendor stock | Weekly base vendor inventory rotates with the Tuesday reset |
|---|---|
| Weekly projects | New weekly project chain, including named and exotic rewards |
| Invasions | Inversion and Hive Mind invasion rotation |
| Legendary rotation | Legendary mission pool rotates weekly |
| Time | Around 08:00 UTC, but Tuesday maintenance usually starts near 07:30 UTC and can shift the exact minute |
Base vendors follow the weekly reset, but secret and event vendors do not. Cassie Mendoza opens separately on Wednesdays once the Snitch reveals her location, and Danny Weaver rotates on his own cadence.
Incursion Reset Day (Monday)
Incursions run on their own weekly lockout instead of the daily reset. The key chest refreshes on Monday, while each incursion boss keeps a separate per-character weekly lockout.
| Incursion key chest | Resets Monday at 08:00 UTC, the same time as the daily reset |
|---|---|
| Incursion bosses | Weekly lockout per character, tracked separately from the key chest |
| Early clear | Finishing an incursion early does not roll its lockout over to the next rotation |

FAQ
- When does The Division 2 daily reset happen?
- The daily reset happens every day at 08:00 UTC (04:00 EDT in summer). Targeted loot, daily projects and related rotations refresh at that time.
- When is The Division 2 weekly reset?
- The weekly reset happens on Tuesdays around 08:00 UTC. Vendor stock, weekly projects, invasions and legendary rotations refresh together. Tuesday maintenance can shift the exact minute, so check the server status tracker on reset day.
- When does the Division 2 incursion key chest reset?
- The incursion key chest resets every Monday at 08:00 UTC, at the daily reset time.
- When does Cassie Mendoza open?
- Cassie Mendoza opens on Wednesdays once her location becomes available via the Snitch, one day after the Tuesday weekly vendor reset.
- When is the Division 2 vendor reset?
- Vendor stock resets on Tuesdays around 08:00 UTC with the weekly reset. Cassie Mendoza opens separately on Wednesdays once the Snitch reveals her location.
- Do Division 2 vendors reset daily or weekly?
- Weekly. Base vendor stock, weekly projects, invasions and the legendary rotation all reset on Tuesdays around 08:00 UTC. The daily 08:00 UTC reset rotates targeted loot and daily projects only - vendors do not change every day.
- What time does The Division 2 reset in my local time?
- The daily reset is 08:00 UTC, which is 04:00 during US daylight saving time and 03:00 during US standard time. The countdown table at the top of this page converts to whatever timezone your browser is set to, so the times shown there are already local.
- When does the Division 2 incursion lockout reset?
- Weekly and per character, separate from the daily reset. The incursion key chest refreshes on Monday at 08:00 UTC, but boss lockouts are tracked individually per character and do not reset just because you cleared an incursion early.
- Why is the Division 2 reset time reported differently on different sites?
- Because the reset window is not always quoted in UTC. Several community trackers list the weekly reset as 3:30 AM US Eastern, which lands roughly half an hour either side of the 08:00 UTC figure depending on daylight saving time. Treat any time between 07:30 and 08:30 UTC as the same practical window, and check the server status tracker on Tuesday when maintenance shifts it further.
