Spawns every 3.5 hours, lasts 15 minutes
Diablo 4 / World Boss Timer
World Bosses in Diablo 4 spawn on a 3.5-hour cycle and stay in the world for a 15-minute kill window. This page publishes the spawn times - the next twelve in UTC and in your own time zone - plus an optional browser alert so you never miss one. It deliberately does not guess which boss is coming, because Blizzard has never published that rotation.
World Boss
Spawns every 3.5 hours, lasts 15 minutes
The next twelve World Boss spawns, counted from the start of the current UTC day. Times are shown in UTC and in your device's time zone.
| Day | Spawn (UTC) | Your time | Countdown |
|---|
Choose how far ahead you want to be warned. The alert is a browser notification plus a short tone, and it is stored in this browser only - no account, no server.

We do not publish an answer, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a gap.
Blizzard has never documented the World Boss rotation. Community trackers reverse-engineer it by logging real spawns, and the pattern they find changes between seasons - earlier seasons ran in a three-two-three-two sequence, and seasonal seasons add their own boss to the pool. Several trackers get it right by tracking what actually spawned, not by predicting it.
What is documented, and therefore what this page gives you, is the timing: a 3.5-hour cycle with a 15-minute window. If a tracker claims to know the boss before it appears, treat it as a guess until the map icon confirms it.
Four World Bosses form the core rotation, and seasonal content adds to the pool. Each one carries its own cosmetic rewards, so a full clear is a collection task as much as a loot run.
World Boss
A massive demonic creature that spreads plague and poison. Drops her own mount and trophy cosmetics.
World Boss
A treasure-hoarding monstrosity wielding a massive golden chest, with its own barding and trophy.
World Boss
A colossal skeletal construct of bone and shadow, dragging chains of death across the zone.
World Boss
The Lord of Sin, a demon lord commanding legions from the Burning Hells.
| Legendary Items | Drop from every World Boss kill |
|---|---|
| Summoning Materials | Materials for endgame boss summons |
| Reward Cache | One guaranteed cache per day; further kills the same day give regular floor loot |
| Ancestral Items | Join the reward pool in Torment III and above |
| Experience | Large XP gains for players nearby at the spawn |
| Gilding Crests | Used for masterworking gear |
| Cosmetics | Each boss has its own mount and trophy rewards |
Tip 1
The boss icon appears on your map shortly before the spawn. Once it is up, teleport in - the timer only tells you when the window opens, not where it lands.
Tip 2
World Bosses are server-wide events, so other players are already fighting what you are farming. Stack up and the 15-minute window is rarely the problem.
Tip 3
The guaranteed reward cache only drops once per day. If you miss the window, the next spawn is another three and a half hours away.
